We mean business. Since 2004.
M7Alpha Creative Studios is a web design, development and digital agency based in Żurrieq, Malta. Founded by Maurice Aquilina in 2004, we have delivered more than 300 websites, internal systems and brands for businesses in Malta and abroad, with every project designed, built and managed by our own in-house team.
Our story
We have diverse backgrounds, but we are united behind one philosophy: performance before power.
M7Alpha started in 2004 with a simple idea: blend visual design with the latest technology to build websites that deliver content in style. Two decades later, the technology has changed many times over, but the idea has not.
Today our team covers web design and development, custom internal systems, branding, digital marketing and AEO, GEO and SEO consultancy. Our studio includes both newcomers and masters of their craft, working in a flat hierarchy that removes the layers between you and the people building your project.
Along the way, our social media campaign for eCabs won the Social Media Campaign award at the 2015 MCA eBusiness Awards. Today our clients range from start-ups to some of Malta’s best-known names, including AX Group, eCabs, Hugo’s and Tipico, as well as businesses abroad, and many have been with us for more than a decade.

Who we work with
Businesses of every size, in Malta and abroad
Our clients range from start-ups and small businesses to large groups such as AX Group, eCabs and Bajada Lyons Group. Hospitality is our largest sector, with hotels, restaurants, tour operators and event venues, followed by real estate, retail and e-commerce, education, technology, professional services, construction and transport.
We also work with clients abroad. eCabs Technologies, for example, licenses its ride-hailing platform to operators in international markets, and Bull BBQ Europe supplies outdoor kitchens across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the UK. Distance is rarely a problem: most of a project happens online, with calls whenever they are needed.
Many clients stay with us for years. We build their website, then look after the hosting, security and updates, add new features as the business grows, and often take on their branding and marketing too.
Working with us
How a project with M7Alpha works
Discovery call. Every project starts with a free call, usually with Maurice, to understand your goals, timeline and budget, and to see whether we are the right fit.
Proposal. We put the scope, approach, schedule and a fixed price in writing, so you know exactly what you are getting before anything starts.
Design and build. The same in-house team designs, builds and tests the work, with regular reviews so you see progress and can steer it.
Launch and support. After launch we stay on hand for hosting, maintenance, updates and new features. Retainer clients get first priority and lower running costs.
Our studio is at Level 1, Baldacchino Buildings, Triq il-Belt Valletta, Żurrieq. Meetings at the studio are by appointment, and we are happy to meet online or at your offices. Get in touch or book a discovery call.

Maurice Aquilina
Founder & Director
Maurice founded M7Alpha in 2004 and runs the business as its Director. He sets the studio’s direction, leads its client relationships and is usually the first person a new client speaks to, on the discovery call where a project’s goals, scope and budget are worked out.
