The project

Parkerstone Real Estate is an agency in Birkirkara, Malta, handling residential and commercial property sales and rentals. M7Alpha created the Parkerstone brand identity and logo. The agency is relatively new, but the people behind it are experienced property professionals, and the brand needed to carry that experience from the first day.

What did Parkerstone need from its brand?

Parkerstone needed a brand that would make a new agency look as established and trustworthy as the experience of its team.

Property is one of the biggest decisions people make, whether they are buying a home, letting an apartment or finding commercial space. Clients choose an agent they feel they can trust, and before they meet anyone, the brand is what they judge. A new name has no track record to point to, so the identity has to signal professionalism on its own.

Why is branding so important for a real estate agency in Malta?

Because the Maltese property market has many agencies, and a clear, consistent brand is one of the few ways a newer one can stand out.

Buyers and tenants often see several agencies’ listings for similar properties side by side. A strong, recognisable identity helps people remember which agent they spoke to, notice the name again on the next listing, and feel confident calling. Consistency matters as much as the logo itself: the same look everywhere builds familiarity over time.

Where does an estate agency brand have to work?

An estate agency’s identity has to work in many places at once, at very different sizes.

  • Property listings and portals: where the logo often appears small, next to competitors’ logos.
  • Website and social media: where people research the agency before they make contact.
  • Signage: on the office and on boards outside properties, where it must read from a distance.
  • Documents and stationery: business cards, brochures and paperwork that clients keep.

A logo that works in all of these places needs to be clear, simple and legible at small sizes, which is why a brand mark should be tested across real uses rather than in isolation. You can read more about the difference between a logo and a full identity in our article on branding vs logo.

How does the brand fit the agency’s message?

The identity sits alongside the agency’s own motto, “Your dreams are our compass”, which speaks to buyers and tenants looking for the right place.

A brand works best when the name, the visual identity and the message pull in the same direction. For Parkerstone, that means pairing a promise about clients’ goals with an identity that feels steady and professional, so the warmth of the message is backed by a sense of competence.

What can other new agencies learn from this project?

Invest in the brand before you need it. A new agency is judged on its identity long before it has reviews or a portfolio of sales, so a professional brand from day one helps close the gap between the team’s real experience and how new the name is. Then use it consistently everywhere, from listings to signage, so recognition builds with every property.

Frequently asked questions

Who created the Parkerstone Real Estate brand?

M7Alpha Creative Studios, a web design, development and branding agency in Żurrieq, Malta, created the brand identity and logo for Parkerstone Real Estate, a real estate agency in Birkirkara.

What does Parkerstone Real Estate do?

Parkerstone Real Estate is an agency in Birkirkara, Malta, run by experienced property professionals. It handles residential and commercial property sales and rentals.

Does a new estate agency really need professional branding?

Yes. A new agency has no reviews or sales history to rely on, so its identity is what clients judge first. A professional, consistent brand helps it look as credible as the experience of the people behind it.

What makes a good real estate logo?

It should be simple, legible at small sizes on property portals, readable from a distance on signs and boards, and consistent with the tone of the agency. It is worth testing a logo in all of these uses before it is finalised.
