The project

StreamPro Ltd is a strategic advisory, business development, project delivery and learning and development company, wholly owned by Oilinvest (Netherlands) B.V. M7Alpha designed and built the StreamPro website and hosts and maintains it. StreamPro is best known for specialised, bespoke training courses for industry leaders, mostly in the oil and gas industry, delivered by specialist partners across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. This case study covers what the website needed to do and how it is organised.

What did StreamPro need from its website?

StreamPro needed a website that explains a broad, specialist offer simply and gives senior professionals the confidence to get in touch. The company does several things, from advisory and project delivery to training and event logistics, and the risk with a business like this is a site that tries to say everything at once.

The website had to do four jobs:

  • Lead with what StreamPro is known for: bespoke training for industry leaders, summed up in its line “We refine talent to fuel success”.
  • Show the breadth of the business without clutter: give training, projects and travel logistics their own clear places.
  • Show that the company is active: keep recent workshops and news visible.
  • Make contact easy: give every visitor a clear route to start a conversation.

How is the StreamPro website organised?

The site is organised into clear sections, each answering one question a visitor is likely to have.

Section The visitor’s question it answers
Introduction Who is StreamPro and what does it do?
Training Which courses are available, and are they right for my team?
Projects What does StreamPro deliver beyond training?
About us Who is behind the company?
Travel Can StreamPro handle the logistics of a workshop or conference?
News What has StreamPro been doing recently?
Contact How do I get in touch?

Keeping each part of the business in its own section means a training manager, a project partner and a conference organiser can each find what they came for without reading through the rest.

How does the website present the training courses?

The Training section brings StreamPro’s course portfolio together in one place, so visitors can see the full range before they enquire. Because the courses are specialised and bespoke, and aimed mostly at leaders in the oil and gas industry, the section’s job is to show the scope of what is available and make it easy to start a conversation about a specific need.

The introduction also makes clear that courses are delivered by specialist partners across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. For organisations planning training across several countries, that is one of the first things they need to know.

How does the site show work beyond training?

The Projects, Travel and News sections show that StreamPro’s work goes well beyond the classroom. The Projects section includes an ESG and ARR reforestation project in Libya, with a downloadable brochure so interested organisations can take the details away and share them internally.

The Travel section covers travel and event logistics for workshops and conferences. For organisations sending senior staff to a programme, knowing that the provider can also handle the practical arrangements removes a lot of friction. News posts about workshops held in Malta give visitors recent, concrete signs that the programme is running.

What can other training and advisory firms learn?

Lead with what you are best known for, then give every other part of the business its own clearly labelled section. Visitors to a B2B site are usually checking one thing, and a clear structure lets them confirm it quickly.

The same clarity helps with AI search. Decision-makers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity to suggest training providers or advisory firms, and those assistants rely on websites that state plainly what a company offers, to whom and where. Our guide to getting your business recommended by ChatGPT explains why.

Frequently asked questions

Who designed the StreamPro website?

M7Alpha Creative Studios, a web design, development and branding agency in Żurrieq, Malta, designed and built the StreamPro website and also hosts and maintains it.

What does StreamPro do?

StreamPro Ltd, wholly owned by Oilinvest (Netherlands) B.V., is a strategic advisory, business development, project delivery and learning and development company. It is best known for specialised, bespoke training courses for industry leaders, mostly in the oil and gas industry, delivered by specialist partners across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

What should a corporate training company include on its website?

At minimum: a clear statement of who the training is for, a course portfolio, information on where and how courses are delivered, recent news or workshops that show the programme is active, and an easy way to make contact. If the company also handles travel or event logistics, that deserves its own section.

Is it worth having the same agency host and maintain your website?

Often, yes. The team that built the site knows how it works, so updates, fixes and security patches are quicker and there is one point of contact when something needs attention.
